Relive the prodigious rise and exceptional destiny that Montpellier has forged for itself over the centuries. A journey of a thousand years along the alleys of the historic centre to let you experience the very special atmosphere of the Ecusson.

6pm-7.30pm: Yoga class
Ashtanga Yoga is characterised by the sequence of postures (Asana) punctuated by the Ujjayi breath, chest breathing associated with different points of concentration. The postures follow each other quite quickly. This yoga is at first a very complete physical practice, becoming progressively a way of interiority when the practitioner acquires experience.

6pm-9pm: Cooking class with Les Ateliers d'Arthur
During the adult cooking classes, you will make the entire recipe, and leave with all of your creations. An alternation of sweet and savoury recipes will be offered throughout the year.

Thursday 14 July
1.45pm-6pm: Excursion to Aigues Mortes + Beach
Visit of the oldest French port in the Mediterranean (departure of the last two crusades in the Middle Ages), a fortified medieval town built in the 13th century, surrounded by intact ramparts almost 2 km long, view of the ramparts and the Constance tower (former lighthouse of the 13th century, then former Protestant prison and its famous prisoner Marie Durand), panoramic view of the town, the ponds of the Camargue, the salt mountains of the "salins du midi", the pink flamingos, the pink salt pans. Free time in the city. Tasting of fougasse (orange blossom brioche), a sweet speciality of Aigues-Mortes. Panoramic view of a beautiful beach of the Languedoc coastline.

1.45pm-6pm: Excursion to Sète INCLUDED IN THE JUNIORS PACKAGE (16+) and DISCOVERY STAY (18+)
Visit of the peninsula nicknamed "Little Venice of Languedoc" and its multiple canals. Magnificent panoramic view from the top of Mont Saint Clair over the town, the sea, the mountains and the oyster and mussel fields of the Thau Lagoon. Visit of the church Notre Dame de la Salette and its surprising frescos. Walk along the Canal du Midi and the largest fishing port in the French Mediterranean. Panorama of the fishing boats, trawlers and tuna boats. City of many artists such as the famous singer Georges Brassens and the poet Paul Valéry. Free time. Wine tasting at the wine cellar of Frontignan

Saturday 16 July
9.00am - 6.30pm : Pezenas - Canal du Midi - Béziers
Pezenas, nicknamed the little Venice of Languedoc, does not bear this title for nothing. Indeed, it was for many years the capital of Languedoc and the resting place of several French kings, queens and aristocrats, who built many private mansions there. The city inspired Molière, the famous French theatre writer of the 17th century, for more than 10 years.
After a tour of the town, we will take a break at the famous black sand beach of Cap d'Agde where its volcano exploded several hundred thousand years ago, creating black sand beaches unique in France. The panorama on the sea is simply splendid.
We will discover the famous locks of Fonserannes of the Canal du Midi, the oldest canal in Europe, built 350 years ago, 250 kms long, it is of course registered in the Unesco heritage.
Finally, the day will end with a visit to Béziers, the region's wine capital, and its magnificent Gothic cathedral of St Nazaire, with its grandiose panorama over the Béziers region.

Sunday 17th July
8.30am - 6pm: Excursion to Marseille INCLUDED IN THE JUNIORS PACKAGE (16+) and DISCOVERY STAY (18+)
The first port and capital of the French Mediterranean, Marseille is a beautiful city between the Camargue, the Alps and the French Riviera. We will go up to visit the Basilica of Notre Dame de la Garde, a 19th century Neo-Byzantine church, a pilgrimage of the Marseillais nicknamed the Good Mother. The view of the city and the castle of If, the famous Count of Monte Cristo, is exceptional. Then we will walk along the Old Port to discover the Roman Dock Museum and the narrow streets of the Panier district. We will finish the visit of the district by the old Charité. We will then visit the Notre Dame de la Major Cathedral which has one of the highest domes in the world. Combining Roman and Oriental styles, it is a real treasure with Byzantine arches, white marble and beautiful mosaics inside. Finally we will end our day at Fort St John and its towers which guard the entrance to the city's port. The view of the port is magnificent.
