Relive the prodigious rise and exceptional destiny that Montpellier has forged for itself over the centuries. A journey of a thousand years along the alleys of the historic centre to let you experience the very special atmosphere of the Ecusson.

Tuesday 14 June
2.30pm - 6.30pm: Beach outing INCLUDED IN THE JUNIORS PACK (16+) and DISCOVERY STAY (18+)
Come and enjoy the sun and share a good time with your friends from school. Remember to bring a bottle of water, a hat and sun cream!

6pm-9pm: Cooking class with Les Ateliers d'Arthur
During the adult cooking classes, you will make the entire recipe, and leave with all of your creations. An alternation of sweet and savoury recipes will be offered throughout the year.

7pm-8.30pm: Yoga class
Ashtanga Yoga is characterised by the sequence of postures (Asana) punctuated by the Ujjayi breath, chest breathing associated with different points of concentration. The postures follow each other quite quickly. This yoga is at first a very complete physical practice, becoming progressively a way of interiority when the practitioner acquires experience.
Price: 70€ for a card of 6 classes

Come and discover how chocolate candies are made from the pod! Chocolate maker Thierry Papereux welcomes us to his laboratory and shop to share with us the secrets of making his delicious treats!

Thursday 16 June
1.45pm-6.00pm : Excursion to Aigues-Mortes INCLUDED IN THE JUNIORS PACK (16+)
Half day excursion. Visit of the oldest French port in the Mediterranean (departure of the last two crusades in the Middle Ages), a fortified medieval town built in the 13th century, surrounded by intact ramparts almost 2 km long, view of the ramparts and the Constance tower (former lighthouse of the 13th century, then former Protestant prison and its famous prisoner Marie Durand), panoramic view of the town, the ponds of the Camargue, the salt mountains of the "salins du midi", the pink flamingos, the pink salt pans. Free time in the city. Tasting of fougasse (orange blossom brioche), a sweet speciality of Aigues-Mortes. Panorama on a pretty beach of the Languedoc coastline.

1.45pm-6.00pm: Excursion to Pic Saint Loup and Wine tasting INCLUDED IN THE DISCOVERY STAY (18+)
Discover Montpellier's favourite mountain, easy and magnificent, you will be surrounded by beautiful Mediterranean vegetation and will reach the summit to discover the most beautiful panorama of the region. A bottle of water and sports shoes are required. Tasting of Pic St Loup wine. Hike 2-3h approximately. Medium level.

Saturday 18 June
9am - 6pm: Excursion to Arles and Baux de Provence INCLUDED IN THE JUNIORS PACKAGE (16+) and DISCOVERY STAY (18+)
First of all, we will take the opportunity to discover the Roman monuments listed as World Heritage by Unesco: the amphitheatre and its 25,000 seats, famous for its gladiatorial and bullfighting games today. Then we will continue to the ancient Roman theatre, the Baths of Constantine, the underground galleries of the former imperial palace. We will then discover the religious monuments such as the cathedral and its Romanesque-Gothic cloister. Finally we will visit the famous garden of the former hospital and night café, painted by the Dutch expressionist painter Vincent Van Gogh. The rest of the day will be spent discovering the charming village of Les Baux de Provence, which is well known as the "Balcony of Provence". This village, surrounded by cliffs, has a magnificent view of Provence. Its castle, Romanesque church, medieval streets and Santon museum will transport you into the history of Provence.

Sunday 19 June
8.30am - 6.30pm: Excursion to Gorges du Tarn
After crossing the famous Millau viaduct, we will start with a panorama of the gorges, then we will go down to the village of Sainte Enimie, on the edge of the river, this medieval village, built entirely of stone, is classified as one of the most beautiful villages in France. Guided tour then free time to eat (swimming possible in summer). Descent of the caves with a stop at St Chély du Tarn, stop and panoramic view at La Malène. Finally panorama from the most famous panoramic point of the gorges: the Point sublime. Panorama on the Millau viaduct.
