2pm - 3.30pm : Visit and discovery of the Kley residence
Come and discover the magnificent Kley student residence where we regularly entrust our students with their accommodation. Steffy will accompany you on this visit, so don't forget to buy a tram ticket for the journey.

Relive the prodigious rise and exceptional destiny that Montpellier has forged over the centuries. A journey of a thousand years along the alleys of the historic centre to let you experience the very special atmosphere of the Ecusson.

6pm-7.30pm: Yoga class
Ashtanga Yoga is characterised by the sequence of postures (Asana) punctuated by the Ujjayi breath, chest breathing associated with different points of concentration. The postures follow each other quite quickly. This yoga is at first a very complete physical practice, becoming progressively a way of interiority when the practitioner acquires experience.

Tuesday 15 November

2.15pm-3.30pm: Cheese tasting
Hard or soft cheeses, blue, bloomy, made from cow's, goat's or sheep's milk, raw milk, etc. They will no longer hold any secrets for you after this tasting in the company of a real cheese maker in his appetizing shop!

During the adult cooking classes, you will make the entire recipe, and leave with all of your creations. An alternation of sweet and savoury recipes will be offered throughout the year.

Friday 18 November

1.45pm-6.30pm: Excursion to Grotte de Clamouse
Visit of the famous Clamouse cave, classified among the most beautiful. It is a real Ali Baba's cave with the greatest diversity of crystals (aragonite and calcite) in France, a sumptuous illumination of this fragile environment, an original and magical show (pullover and shoes recommended). The visit lasts 1h30. Free time at the Pont du Diable, the oldest Romanesque bridge in France (1000 years old), a World Heritage site and a pilgrimage route to St Jacques de Compostelle. Swimming possible in the river.

2.00pm-6.00: Ecology exhibition
"Like an echo ton" is the title of the exhibition of four artists gathered in the framework of the annual Post_Production programme. It is based on a play on the word "ecotone", which defines a "transition zone between two ecosystems, where the environmental conditions are intermediate". Thus, in landscape ecology, the word is used to describe certain boundaries between different natural conditions, for example the transition from a forest to a savannah, from an alluvial zone to a non-flooded one. It is then a question of describing an in-between, not a narrow border, an abstract line. Rather, it is the space where two universes with their own characteristics meet and which, at the place of the ecotone that links them, intermingle their specificities.

Saturday 19 November

9.00am-6.00pm : Excursion to Arles and Baux de Provence
First of all, we will take the opportunity to discover the Roman monuments listed as World Heritage by Unesco: the amphitheatre and its 25,000 seats, famous for its gladiatorial and bullfighting games today. Then we will continue to the ancient Roman theatre, the Baths of Constantine, the underground galleries of the former imperial palace. We will then discover the religious monuments such as the cathedral and its Romanesque-Gothic cloister. Finally we will visit the famous garden of the former hospital and night café, painted by the Dutch expressionist painter Vincent Van Gogh. The rest of the day will be spent discovering the charming village of Les Baux de Provence, which is well known as the "Balcony of Provence". This village, surrounded by cliffs, has a magnificent view of Provence. Its castle, Romanesque church, medieval streets and Santon museum will transport you into the history of Provence.

7.45am - 7.30pm: Excursion to Toulouse
Visit of the pink city, known for its brick houses, capital of Occitania and Midi-Pyrénées region. Visit of the Romanesque basilica St Sernin, Place du Capitole, town hall, walk on the quays of the Daurade along the Garonne river and in the old town, panorama on the Pont neuf, Place St Georges and visit of the gothic cathedral St Etienne. Free time in the city.
