Do you want to work independently or do your homework with the possibility of using a French teacher? This tutoring is for you! In a dedicated room, our resource centre, you can read or work in peace. A trainer will be available to answer any questions you may have.

Ashtanga Yoga is characterised by the sequence of postures (Asana) punctuated by the Ujjayi breath, chest breathing associated with different points of concentration. The postures follow each other quite quickly. This yoga is at first a very complete physical practice, becoming progressively a way of interiority when the practitioner acquires experience.

Come and discover traditional French home cooking with Sandrine and her team. In each class, participants will create a menu of starters, main course and dessert with fresh seasonal products, which they will enjoy together afterwards with a glass of wine.

1.30pm-6.30pm: Canoe trip in the Hérault Gorges
Discover the banks of the Hérault river, for a dynamic and fun river trip. Passage of rapids and calmer waters. 2 hours of paddling approximately. Swimming in the river. 2 people per canoe. Waistcoats and paddles provided. You must be able to swim and immerse yourself. Take towel and swimming costume.

Thursday 18 May - BANK HOLIDAY !
The school will be closed on this day and there will be no classes. In compensation, we are offering a free excursion in the region to all our students. It's a great way to practice your French, discover the local culture and history!
1.45pm-6.00pm : Excursion to Saint Guilhem le Désert
Only 1 hour's drive from Montpellier, discover St Guilhem-le-Désert, a typical Languedoc village, a stopover on the pilgrimage route to Santiago de Compostela (classified as a World Heritage site by UNESCO), a village classified as one of the "most beautiful villages in France" with only 300 inhabitants but more than 1 million tourists every year. You will discover its prestigious religious past, with its thousand-year-old Romanesque church housing the relics of St Guilhem, Charlemagne's first cousin, and a piece of the true cross of Jesus Christ.

Visit of the peninsula nicknamed "Little Venice of Languedoc" and its multiple canals. Magnificent panoramic view from the top of Mont Saint Clair over the town, the sea, the mountains and the oyster and mussel fields of the Thau Lagoon. Visit of the church Notre Dame de la Salette and its surprising frescos. Walk along the Canal du Midi and the largest fishing port in the French Mediterranean. Panorama of the fishing boats, trawlers and tuna boats. City of many artists such as the famous singer Georges Brassens and the poet Paul Valéry. Free time. Tasting of several Muscat wines in a wine cellar.

From 17 to 21 May: the FISE
The Festival International des Sports Extrêmes (FISE), is an annual competition representing several so-called extreme urban sports (rollerblading, bmx, skateboarding, mountain biking, wakeboarding, scooter, parkour) which takes place every year in the city of Montpellier (Occitanie), on the banks of the river Lez, during the Ascension weekend. The competitions are open to amateur and professional athletes.

Saturday 20 May

9.00am-6.00pm: Excursion to Arles and Baux de Provence
First of all, we will take the opportunity to discover the Roman monuments listed as World Heritage by Unesco: the amphitheatre and its 25,000 seats, famous for its gladiatorial and bullfighting games today. (Interior entrance not included in the price) Then we will continue to the ancient Roman theatre, the Baths of Constantine, the underground galleries of the ancient imperial palace. We will then discover the religious monuments such as the cathedral and its Romanesque-Gothic cloister. Finally we will visit the famous garden of the former hospital and night café, painted by the Dutch expressionist painter Vincent Van Gogh. The rest of the day will be spent discovering the charming village of Les Baux de Provence, which is well known as the "Balcony of Provence". This village, surrounded by cliffs, has a magnificent view of Provence. Its castle, Romanesque church, medieval streets and Santon museum will transport you into the history of Provence.

Sunday 21 May
8:30m - 6.30pm : Excursion to Marseille
The first port and capital of the French Mediterranean, Marseille is a magnificent city between the Camargue, the Alps and the French Riviera. We will go up to visit the Basilica of Notre Dame de la Garde, a 19th century neo-Byzantine church, a pilgrimage of the Marseillais nicknamed the Good Mother. The view of the city and the castle of If, the famous Count of Monte Cristo, is exceptional. Then we will walk along the Old Port to discover the Roman Dock Museum and the narrow streets of the Panier district. We will finish the visit of the district by the Old Charity. We will then visit the Notre Dame de la Major Cathedral which has one of the highest domes in the world. Combining Roman and Oriental styles, it is a real treasure with Byzantine arches, white marble and beautiful mosaics inside. Finally we will end our day at Fort St John and its towers which guard the entrance to the city's port. The view of the port is magnificent.
