Do you want to work independently or do your homework with the possibility of using a French teacher? This tutoring is for you! In a dedicated room, our resource centre, you can read or work in peace. A trainer will be available to answer any questions you may have.

Ashtanga Yoga is characterised by the sequence of postures (Asana) punctuated by the Ujjayi breath, chest breathing associated with different points of concentration. Come and discover traditional French home cooking with Sandrine and her team. In each class, participants will create a menu of starters, main course and dessert with fresh seasonal products, which they will enjoy together afterwards with a glass of wine.

Exhibition of paintings "Human Nature" by Baptiste Loprieno
The Espace Saint-Ravy is pleased to welcome the artist Baptiste Loprieno, who graduated from the Ecole Supérieure d'Art et de Design de Grenoble in 2015. His work questions our relationship with Nature through sculpture but also photography and painting. He reveals our way of interacting with the living around us, oscillating between preservation and destruction.

Thursday 20 April

1.45pm-6.00pm : Excursion - Horse riding in the Camargue
Horseback riding (about 1 hour) for beginners, in a protected reserve of the Camargue, activity supervised by professionals, you will ride a Camargue horse. This ride will take place in a pine forest, on the edge of a pond, a few kilometres from Aigues-Mortes or Les Saintes Maries de la mer. You will discover the typical flora and fauna of the Petite Camargue at a walk, a trot or even a gallop (for the most daring). Free time of 1 hour at the beach in high season.

Visit of the peninsula nicknamed "Little Venice of Languedoc" and its multiple canals. Magnificent panoramic view from the top of Mont Saint Clair over the town, the sea, the mountains and the oyster and mussel fields of the Thau Lagoon. Visit of the church Notre Dame de la Salette and its surprising frescos. Walk along the Canal du Midi and the largest fishing port in the French Mediterranean. Panorama of the fishing boats, trawlers and tuna boats. City of many artists like the famous singer Georges Brassens and the poet Paul Valéry. Boat trip for 1 hour through the canals of the town and on the Etang de Thau. Guided tour, another vision of the city, nicknamed the little Venice of Languedoc.

Saturday 22 April

Morning suggestion: Go to the market ! Marché des Arceaux, organic and local products

9.00am-6.00pm: Excursion to Arles and Baux de Provence
First of all, we will take the opportunity to discover the Roman monuments listed as World Heritage by Unesco: the amphitheatre and its 25,000 seats, famous for its gladiatorial and bullfighting games today. (Interior entrance not included in the price) Then we will continue to the ancient Roman theatre, the Baths of Constantine, the underground galleries of the ancient imperial palace. We will then discover the religious monuments such as the cathedral and its Romanesque-Gothic cloister. Finally we will visit the famous garden of the former hospital and night café, painted by the Dutch expressionist painter Vincent Van Gogh. The rest of the day will be spent discovering the charming village of Les Baux de Provence, which is well known as the "Balcony of Provence". This village, surrounded by cliffs, has a magnificent view of Provence. Its castle, Romanesque church, medieval streets and Santon museum will transport you into the history of Provence.

Sunday 23 April

8:30m - 6.30pm : Excursion to the Gorges du Tarn
After crossing the famous Millau viaduct, we will start with a panoramic view of the gorges, then we will go down to the village of Sainte Enimie, on the edge of the river, this medieval village, built entirely of stone, is classified as one of the most beautiful villages in France. Guided tour then free time to eat (swimming possible in summer). Descent of the caves with a stop at St Chély du Tarn, stop and panoramic view at La Malène. Finally panorama from the most famous panoramic point of the gorges: the Point sublime. Panorama on the Millau viaduct.
