Ashtanga Yoga is characterised by the sequence of postures (Asana) punctuated by the Ujjayi breath, chest breathing associated with different points of concentration. The postures follow each other quite quickly. This yoga is at first a very complete physical practice, becoming progressively a way of interiority when the practitioner acquires experience.
Price: 70€ for a card of 6 classes

Come and discover how chocolate candies are made from the pod! Chocolate maker Thierry Papereux welcomes us to his laboratory and shop to share with us the secrets of making his delicious treats!

Join us for a convivial evening in a beer bar where we can taste locally produced beers and share some tapas! This will be an opportunity to meet other students from the school and practice your French!

Friday 22 July
From 12.15pm: Leaving certificate delivery
Come and get your end-ouf-course certificate ! Meet the team and spend a convivial moment with the other departing students.

1.45pm-6.30pm: Excursion to Nîmes INCLUDED IN THE JUNIORS PACK (16+) AND THE DISCOVERY STAY (18+)
Visit of the Gardens of the Fountain, ancient Roman necropolis built around the Nemausus spring, visit of the temple of Diana. Passing in front of the former great Roman temple: the Maison Carré and interior visit of the Arena, former Roman amphitheatre, known for its gladiator and bull shows (interior visit not included). Visit to the Romanesque cathedral of St Castor. Free time in the city. Local biscuits offered.

Saturday 23 July
1.30pm-6.30pm : Excursion to Saintes Maries de la mer - Camargue
Discover the Camargue and its specific animals: pink flamingos, bulls, horses. The ponds mix with the land or the opposite, man cultivates rice, salt and vines. A town by the sea symbolises this region: Les Saintes Maries de la mer and its fortified Romanesque church, a place of Christian pilgrimage on the road to St Jacques. Pilgrims come here to venerate the relics of the St Maries (Mary Jacoba: aunt of Jesus and Mary Salome: mother of the apostles James and John). The gypsy community gathers here every year to celebrate the relics of their patron saint, Saint Sara. This village is considered one of the oldest Christian cults in the West. Free time in the city and beach. Swimming possible, take a swimming costume.

Sunday 24 July
9.00am - 6.30pm: Excursion to Carcassonne INCLUDED IN THE JUNIORS PACKAGE (16+) and DISCOVERY STAY (18+)
Come and discover its 3 kms of double ramparts, its 52 towers, its château comtal, its ancient Romanesque-Gothic cathedral and its magnificent stained glass windows. Unesco heritage site, famous set for many films shot in the city, we will discover its many hidden treasures, a real leap into the past (entrance to the castle and ramparts not included). Enjoy a cassoulet, the famous speciality of the city.
