Monday 2 January

Do you want to work independently or do your homework with the possibility of using a French teacher? This tutoring is for you! In a dedicated room, our resource centre, you can read or work in peace. A trainer will be available to answer any questions you may have.

Ashtanga Yoga is characterised by the sequence of postures (Asana) punctuated by the Ujjayi breath, chest breathing associated with different points of concentration. The postures follow each other quite quickly. This yoga is at first a very complete physical practice, becoming progressively a way of interiority when the practitioner acquires experience.

The exhibition brings together 32 artists who have graduated from French public art schools and are already engaged in an artistic career, selected by a jury chaired by the Spanish director and artist Albert Serra.

9.00am-6.00pm : Excursion to Nimes and Pont du Gard
Visit of the Gardens of the Fountain, ancient Roman necropolis built around the Nemausus spring, visit of the temple of Diana. Passing in front of the former great Roman temple: the Maison Carré and visit to the outside of the arena (interior visit not included), former Roman amphitheatre, known for its gladiatorial and bullfighting shows. Visit to the Romanesque cathedral of St Castor. Free time in the city. At noon you can discover the brandade de Nîmes, a speciality of the city made of cod and olive oil.
The Pont du Gard, the highest Roman aqueduct bridge (passing 48 metres above the river), 2000 years old, classified as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.
A 45 minute walk along the aqueduct, shoes closed, bottle of water.
