Monday 20 February

12.30pm-2.00pm: Educational tutoring
Do you want to work independently or do your homework with the possibility of using a French teacher? This tutoring is for you! In a dedicated room, our resource centre, you can read or work in peace. A trainer will be available to answer any questions you may have.

2.00pm-3.30pm: Guided city tour of Montpellier
Relive the prodigious rise and exceptional destiny that Montpellier has forged for itself over the centuries. A journey of a thousand years along the alleys of the historic centre to let you experience the very special atmosphere of the Ecusson.

6pm-7.30pm: Yoga class
Ashtanga Yoga is characterised by the sequence of postures (Asana) punctuated by the Ujjayi breath, chest breathing associated with different points of concentration. The postures follow each other quite quickly. This yoga is at first a very complete physical practice, becoming progressively a way of interiority when the practitioner acquires experience.

Tuesday 21 February

6pm-9pm: Cooking class with Les Ateliers d'Arthur
Come and discover traditional French home cooking with Sandrine and her team. In each class, participants will create a menu of starters, main course and dessert with fresh seasonal products, which they will enjoy together afterwards with a glass of wine.

5.00pm-01.00am : Discover the Social Bar !

1.45pm-6.30pm : Excursion to Pont du Gard
Length of the bridge 300 meters, for a total distance of 50km. This aqueduct was used to supply water to the city of Nîmes, to supply the ancient thermal baths and fountains of the city. Come and discover this unique monument, visited by 1.5 million tourists every year. Walk in the nature along the aqueduct.

Visit of the Gardens of the Fountain, ancient Roman necropolis built around the Nemausus spring, visit of the temple of Diana. Passing in front of the former great Roman temple: the Maison Carré and outside visit of the arena, former Roman amphitheatre, known for its gladiator and bull shows (inside visit not included). Visit to the Romanesque cathedral of St Castor. Free time in the city. Biscuits from the region offered.

9.00am-6.00pm: Excursion to discover the oyster farm of Sète and tasting of Muscat de Frontignan
Guided visit of an oyster farm on the edge of the Thau Lagoon, oyster tasting possible. Visit of Sète, the peninsula nicknamed "Little Venice of Languedoc" and its many canals. Magnificent panoramic view from the top of Mont Saint Clair over the city, the sea, the mountains and the oyster and mussel cultures of the Thau lagoon. Visit of the church Notre Dame de la Salette and its surprising frescos. Walk along the Canal du Midi and the largest fishing port in the French Mediterranean. Panorama of the fishing boats, trawlers and tuna boats. City of many artists such as the famous singer Georges Brassens and the poet Paul Valéry. Free time. Muscat wine tasting in a wine cellar.

Sunday 26 February

9.00am - 6.00pm : Excursion to Roquefort, La Couvertoirade and Viaduc de Millau
We will start with a visit to the village of la Couvertoirade. A small fortified village, built by the Templars, it will give you the impression of going back in time to the time of the knights. We will discover one of the largest viaducts in the world, designed by the English architect Norman Foster: the Millau Viaduct: 300m high and almost 3km long. The end of the day will take us to the village of Roquefort, to meet its famous blue cheese, we will visit the cellars, a real labyrinth where the cheeses are matured. Tasting of three different Roquefort cheeses.
