Come and enjoy the sun and share a good time with your friends from school. Remember to bring a bottle of water, a hat and sun cream!

6pm-9pm: Cooking class with  Les Ateliers d'Arthur
During the adult cooking classes, you will make the entire recipe, and leave with all of your creations. An alternation of sweet and savoury recipes will be offered throughout the year.

7pm - 9.30pm : Wine bar evening and "Fête de la Musique"  INCLUDED IN THE DISCOVERY STAY (18+)
Join us for a convivial evening in a wine bar where we can taste locally produced wines and share some tapas! This will be an opportunity to meet other students from the school and practice your French! As it will be the "Fête de la Musique", we will also enjoy a special atmosphere!

7pm-8.30pm: Yoga class
Ashtanga Yoga is characterised by the sequence of postures (Asana) punctuated by the Ujjayi breath, chest breathing associated with different points of concentration. The postures follow each other quite quickly. This yoga is at first a very complete physical practice, becoming progressively a way of interiority when the practitioner acquires experience.
Price: 70€ for a card of 6 classes

Thursday 23 June
1.45pm-6.00pm : Excursion to Saint Guilhem le Désert INCLUDED IN THE JUNIORS PACK (16+) AND THE DISCOVERY STAY (18+)
Half day excursion. Only 1 hour's drive from Montpellier, discover St Guilhem-le-Désert, a typical Languedoc village, a stopover on the pilgrimage route to Santiago de Compostela (classified as a World Heritage site by UNESCO), a village classified as one of the "most beautiful villages in France" with only 300 inhabitants but more than 1 million tourists every year. You will discover its prestigious religious past, with its thousand-year-old Romanesque church housing the relics of St Guilhem, Charlemagne's first cousin, and a piece of the true cross of Jesus Christ.

1.45pm-6.30pm: Canoë outgoing to Gorges de l'Hérault
Discover the banks of the Hérault river, for a dynamic and playful river walk. Passage of rapids and calmer waters. Approximately 2 hours of paddling.
2 people per canoe. Waistcoats and paddles provided.
Must be able to swim and immerse yourself.

Saturday 25 June
8.30am - 6.00pm: Excursion to Aix-en-Provence INCLUDED IN THE JUNIORS PACKAGE (16+) and DISCOVERY STAY (18+)
This city was a privileged place for the local aristocracy who built many Italian or Parisian style mansions. City of the famous impressionist painter Cézanne. Guided tour of the Cours Mirabeau, the Place de l'Hôtel de Ville, the St Sauveur cathedral with its multiple architectural styles and its Romanesque cloister, the Vendôme pavilion, the Mazarin district.

Sunday 26 June
9.00am - 6.30pm: Excursion to Carcassonne
Come and discover its 3 km of double ramparts, its 52 towers, its castle, its ancient Romanesque-Gothic cathedral and its magnificent stained glass windows. Unesco heritage site, famous set for many films shot in the city, we will discover its many hidden treasures, a real leap into the past (entrance to the castle and ramparts not included). Enjoy a cassoulet, the city's famous speciality.
