Ashtanga Yoga is characterised by the sequence of postures (Asana) punctuated by the Ujjayi breath, chest breathing associated with different points of concentration. The postures follow each other quite quickly. This yoga is at first a very complete physical practice, becoming progressively a way of interiority when the practitioner acquires experience.

During the adult cooking classes, you will make the entire recipe, and leave with all of your creations. An alternation of sweet and savoury recipes will be offered throughout the year.

Thursday 24 March
1.45pm-6.30pm: Hiking to Cirque de Mourèze and Salagou with Jérémie
A 2-hour hike (medium level) to the cirque of Mourèze, a famous sea of strangely shaped rocks. The cirque of Mourèze offers a surprising natural scenery. The site, formed of limestone rocks sculpted by erosion, appears as a ruiniform landscape. Strange shapes that allow all interpretations. This chaos of limestone rocks with gigantic shapes projects us into another universe, magical, timeless, even extraterrestrial! Discover the Salagou lake, with its red sand, surrounded by ancient volcanoes. A change of scenery guaranteed. Swimming possible, take a swimming costume. Take sports shoes and a bottle of water.

1.45pm-6.00pm: Excursion to Saint Guilhem le Désert with Jérémie
Only 1 hour's drive from Montpellier, discover St Guilhem-le-Désert, a typical Languedoc village, a stopover on the pilgrimage route to Santiago de Compostela (classified as a World Heritage site by UNESCO), a village classified as one of the "most beautiful villages in France" with only 300 inhabitants but more than 1 million tourists every year. You will discover its prestigious religious past, with its thousand-year-old Romanesque church housing the relics of St Guilhem, Charlemagne's first cousin, and a piece of the true cross of Jesus Christ.

Saturday 26 March
9.00am-6.00pm : Excursion to Arles and Baux de Provence with Jérémie
First of all, we will take the opportunity to discover the Roman monuments listed as World Heritage by Unesco: the amphitheatre and its 25,000 seats, famous for its gladiatorial and bullfighting games today. Then we will continue to the ancient Roman theatre, the Baths of Constantine, the underground galleries of the former imperial palace. We will then discover the religious monuments such as the cathedral and its Romanesque-Gothic cloister. Finally we will visit the famous garden of the former hospital and night café, painted by the Dutch expressionist painter Vincent Van Gogh. The rest of the day will be spent discovering the charming village of Les Baux de Provence, which is well known as the "Balcony of Provence". This village, surrounded by cliffs, has a magnificent view of Provence. Its castle, Romanesque church, medieval streets and Santon museum will transport you into the history of Provence.

Sunday 27 March
8.30am - 6.30pm: Excursion to Gorges du Tarn with Jérémie
After crossing the famous Millau viaduct, we will start with a panoramic view of the gorges, then we will go down to the village of Sainte Enimie, on the banks of the river, this medieval village, built entirely of stone, is classified as one of the most beautiful villages in France. Guided tour then free time to eat (swimming possible in summer). Descent of the caves with a stop at St Chély du Tarn, stop and panoramic view at La Malène. Finally panorama from the most famous panoramic viewpoint Panorama on the Millau viaduct.
