Come and live a complete experience with us thanks to our French courses, our accommodation and our weekly cultural programme! Every week we offer a great programme: between city tours, yoga (ashtanga) classes and excursions, our students never see the time pass! And in French, of course!

Monday 22 May

9.45am-11.15am: Guided city tour of Montpellier
Relive the prodigious rise and exceptional destiny that Montpellier has forged for itself over the centuries. A journey of a thousand years along the alleys of the historic centre to let you experience the very special atmosphere of the Ecusson.

12.30pm-2.00pm: Educational tutoring
Do you want to work independently or do your homework with the possibility of using a French teacher? This tutoring is for you! In a dedicated room, our resource centre, you can read or work in peace. A trainer will be available to answer any questions you may have.

6pm-7.30pm: Yoga class
Ashtanga Yoga is characterised by the sequence of postures (Asana) punctuated by the Ujjayi breath, chest breathing associated with different points of concentration. The postures follow each other quite quickly. This yoga is at first a very complete physical practice, becoming progressively a way of interiority when the practitioner acquires experience.
Price: 70€ for a card of 6 classes

6pm-9pm: Cooking class with Les Ateliers d'Arthur
Come and discover traditional French home cooking with Sandrine and her team. In each class, participants will create a menu of starters, main course and dessert with fresh seasonal products, which they will enjoy together afterwards with a glass of wine.

10.30am-12:00pm: Game workshop: Werewolf
Come and have fun with Lucie for this workshop, we will play a role-playing game and keep the suspense going until the end of the game!

1.45pm-6.30pm: Horse riding in the Camargue and on the beach
Horseback riding (about 1 hour) for beginners, in a protected reserve of the Camargue, activity supervised by professionals, you will ride a horse of the Camargue breed. This ride will take place in a pine forest, on the edge of a pond, a few kilometres from Aigues-Mortes or Les Saintes Maries de la mer. You will discover the typical flora and fauna of the Petite Camargue at a walk, a trot or even a gallop (for the most daring). Free time of 1 hour at the beach in high season.

Thursday 25 May

1.45pm-6.30pm : Excursion to the Grotto of Clamouse
Visit to the famous Clamouse cave, classified as one of the most beautiful. It is a real Ali Baba's cave with the greatest diversity of crystals (aragonite and calcite) in France, a sumptuous illumination of this fragile environment, an original and magical show (pullover and shoes recommended). The visit lasts 1h30. Free time at the Pont du Diable, the oldest Romanesque bridge in France (1000 years old), a World Heritage site and a pilgrimage route to Santiago de Compostela.

6pm-1am : Blind Test Evening
The Social Bar is THE new place to go out in Montpellier! Located at the foot of the Tour de la Babote, the bar is run by Montpellier residents and offers daily entertainment, a co-working space, a petanque area, a bar and a dance floor!

8.00am-12.00pm : Excursion to Aigues-Mortes
Visit of the oldest French port in the Mediterranean (departure of the last two crusades in the Middle Ages), a fortified medieval town built in the 13th century, surrounded by intact ramparts almost 2 km long, view of the ramparts and the Constance tower (former lighthouse from the 13th century, then former Protestant prison and its famous prisoner Marie Durand), panoramic view of the town, the ponds of the Camargue, the salt mountains of the "salins du midi" (southern salt marshes), pink flamingos, pink salt marshes. Free time in the city. Tasting of fougasse (orange blossom brioche), a sweet speciality of Aigues-Mortes. Panorama on a pretty beach of the Languedoc coastline.

Sunday 28 May

8:30m - 6.30pm : Excursion to in the Gorges du Tarn
After crossing the famous Millau viaduct, we will start with a panorama of the gorges, then we will go down to the village of Sainte Enimie, on the edge of the river, this medieval village, built entirely of stone, is classified as one of the most beautiful villages in France. Guided tour then free time to eat (swimming possible in summer). Descent of the caves with a stop at St Chély du Tarn, stop and panoramic view at La Malène. Finally panorama from the most famous panoramic point of the gorges: the Point sublime. Panorama on the Millau viaduct.
