Would you like to work independently or do your homework with the help of a French teacher? Then this tutorial is for you! In a dedicated room, our resource centre, you can read or work in peace and quiet. A tutor will be on hand to answer any questions you may have.

2.30pm-4.30pm: Guided tour of Montpellier's historic centre
Relive the prodigious rise and exceptional destiny that Montpellier has forged for itself over the centuries. Take a thousand-year journey through the narrow streets of the historic centre to experience the very special atmosphere of the Ecusson.

6pm-7.30pm: Yoga class
Ashtanga Yoga is characterised by the sequence of postures (Asana) punctuated by the Ujjayi breath, chest breathing associated with different points of concentration. The postures follow each other quite quickly. This yoga is at first a very complete physical practice, becoming progressively a way of interiority when the practitioner acquires experience.

6.00pm-9.00pm: Cooking class with Les Ateliers d'Arthur
Come and discover traditional French home cooking with Sandrine and her team. At each class, participants will prepare a starter, main course and dessert using fresh seasonal produce, which they will enjoy together afterwards with a glass of wine.

2.00pm - 6.30pm: Exhibition of paintings "Songes de nuits et de jours" by Keiko Ogawa
Her work bears witness to her culture: a harmonious blend of her Japanese roots and her present-day life in the Mediterranean, in which her painting has evolved. Keiko Ogawa likes to create atmospheres where dreams and reality could merge. Spaces bathed in an unreal light, characters in suspense, and sometimes a halo of jerky touches of colour, all contribute to Keiko Ogawa's mental construction of a dream.

Built at the end of the 17th century, Flaugergues is one of the residences known as "follies" that were built in the Montpellier countryside. These "houses in the foliage" were built by a new, wealthy aristocracy in the service of the king. Located in the middle of the countryside, they were surrounded by magnificent gardens. They became the summer residences of Montpellier's notables in the 18th century. Explore the ultimate adventure at Château Flaugergues! 1.45pm-6.30pm: Excursion to the Pont du Gard
The bridge is 300 metres long, for a total distance of 50km. This aqueduct was used to supply water to the city of Nîmes, to supply the city's ancient thermal baths and fountains. Come and discover this unique monument, visited by 1.5 million tourists every year. Nature walks along the aqueduct. River swimming possible in summer.

The town was a favourite haunt of the local aristocracy, who built numerous Italianate and Parisian-style town houses. It was also the home of the famous Impressionist painter Cézanne. Guided tour of the Cours Mirabeau, the Place de l'Hôtel de Ville, St Sauveur cathedral with its many architectural styles and Romanesque cloister, the Pavillon de Vendôme and the Mazarin district.

9.00am - 6.30pm: Excursion to Gorges du Tarn
After crossing the famous Millau Viaduct, we'll start with a panoramic view of the gorges, then descend to the riverside village of Sainte Enimie. This medieval village, built entirely of stone, is listed as one of the most beautiful villages in France. Guided tour then free time for lunch (swimming possible in summer). Descent of the caves with a stop at St Chély du Tarn, then a stop and panoramic view at La Malène. Finally, a panoramic view from the most famous viewpoint in the gorges: the Point Sublime.
