Relive the prodigious rise and exceptional destiny that Montpellier has forged for itself over the centuries. A journey of a thousand years along the alleys of the historic centre to let you experience the very special atmosphere of the Ecusson.

6pm-7.30pm: Yoga class
Ashtanga Yoga is characterised by the sequence of postures (Asana) punctuated by the Ujjayi breath, chest breathing associated with different points of concentration. The postures follow each other quite quickly. This yoga is at first a very complete physical practice, becoming progressively a way of interiority when the practitioner acquires experience.
Price: 70€ for a card of 6 classes

Tuesday 26 July
1.45pm-6.30pm: Excursion to Pont du Gard INCLUDED IN THE JUNIORS PACK (16+) AND THE DISCOVERY STAY (18+)
Length of the bridge 300 meters, for a total distance of 50km. This aqueduct was used to supply water to the city of Nîmes, to supply the ancient thermal baths and fountains of the city. Come and discover this unique monument, visited by 1.5 million tourists every year. Walk in the nature along the aqueduct. River swimming possible in summer.

1.45pm-6.30pm: Canoë in the Gorges de l'Hérault
Discover the banks of the Hérault river, for a dynamic and playful river walk. Passage of rapids and calmer waters. Approximately 2 hours of paddling. 2 people per canoe. Waistcoats and paddles provided. Must be able to swim and immerse yourself.

1.45pm-6.00pm: Excursion to Aigues Mortes
Half day excursion. Visit of the oldest French port in the Mediterranean (departure of the last two crusades in the Middle Ages), a fortified medieval town built in the 13th century, surrounded by intact ramparts almost 2 km long, view of the ramparts and the Constance tower (former lighthouse of the 13th century, then former Protestant prison and its famous prisoner Marie Durand), panoramic view of the town, the ponds of the Camargue, the salt mountains of the "salins du midi", the pink flamingos, the pink salt pans. Free time in the city. Tasting of fougasse (orange blossom brioche), a sweet speciality of Aigues-Mortes. Panoramic view of a pretty beach on the Languedoc coastline.

Visit of the peninsula nicknamed "Little Venice of Languedoc" and its multiple canals. Magnificent panoramic view from the top of Mont Saint Clair over the town, the sea, the mountains and the oyster and mussel fields of the Thau Lagoon. Visit of the church Notre Dame de la Salette and its surprising frescos. Walk along the Canal du Midi and the largest fishing port in the French Mediterranean. Panorama of the fishing boats, trawlers and tuna boats. City of many artists such as the famous singer Georges Brassens and the poet Paul Valéry. Free time. Wine tasting at the wine cellar of Frontignan

8.30am - 6.00pm : Excursion to Aix en Provence INCLUDED IN THE JUNIORS PACKAGE (16+) and DISCOVERY STAY (18+)
This city was a privileged place for the local aristocracy who built many Italian or Parisian style mansions. City of the famous impressionist painter Cézanne. Guided tour of the Cours Mirabeau, the Place de l'Hôtel de Ville, the St Sauveur cathedral with its multiple architectural styles and its Romanesque cloister, the Vendôme pavilion, the Mazarin district

Sunday 31 July
8.30am - 6.30pm: Excursion to Gorges du Tarn
After crossing the famous Millau viaduct, we will start with a panorama of the gorges, then we will go down to the village of Sainte Enimie, on the edge of the river, this medieval village, built entirely of stone, is classified as one of the most beautiful villages in France. Guided tour then free time to eat (swimming possible in summer). Descent of the caves with a stop at St Chély du Tarn, stop and panoramic view at La Malène. Finally panorama from the most famous panoramic point of the gorges: the Point sublime. Panorama on the Millau viaduct.
