7pm-8.30pm: Yoga class
Ashtanga Yoga is characterised by the sequence of postures (Asana) punctuated by the Ujjayi breath, chest breathing associated with different points of concentration. The postures follow each other quite quickly. This yoga is at first a very complete physical practice, becoming progressively a way of interiority when the practitioner acquires experience.
Price: 70€ for a card of 6 classes

1.45pm-6.30pm : Excursion to Nîmes
Visit of the Gardens of the Fountain, ancient Roman necropolis built around the Nemausus spring, visit of the temple of Diana. Passing in front of the former great Roman temple: the Maison Carré and interior visit of the arena, former Roman amphitheatre, known for its gladiator and bull shows (interior visit not included). Visit to the Romanesque cathedral of St Castor. Free time in the city. Local biscuits offered.

1.30pm-6.30pm: Excursion to Saintes Maries de la Mer and Camargue INCLUDED IN THE JUNIORS PACK (16+) AND THE DISCOVERY STAY (18+)
Half day excursion. Discover the Camargue and its specific animals: pink flamingos, bulls, horses. The ponds mix with the land or the other way round, man cultivates rice, salt and vines. A town by the sea symbolises this region: Les Saintes Maries de la mer and its fortified Romanesque church, a place of Christian pilgrimage on the road to St Jacques. Pilgrims come here to venerate the relics of the St. Maries (Mary Jacoba: aunt of Jesus and Mary Salome: mother of the apostles James and John). The gypsy community gathers here every year to celebrate the relics of their patron saint, Saint Sara. This village is considered one of the oldest Christian cults in the West. Free time in the city and beach. Swimming possible, take swimming costume.

Saturday 2nd July
8.30am - 6.00pm: Excursion to Marseille INCLUDED IN THE JUNIORS PACKAGE (16+) and DISCOVERY STAY (18+)
The first port and capital of the French Mediterranean, Marseille is a magnificent city between the Camargue, the Alps and the French Riviera. We will go up to visit the Basilica of Notre Dame de la Garde, a 19th century neo-Byzantine church, a pilgrimage of the Marseillais nicknamed the Good Mother. The view of the city and the castle of If, the famous Count of Monte Cristo, is exceptional. Then we will walk along the Old Port to discover the Roman Dock Museum and the narrow streets of the Panier district. We will finish the visit of the district by the old Charité. We will then visit the Notre Dame de la Major Cathedral which has one of the highest domes in the world. Combining Roman and Oriental styles, it is a real treasure with Byzantine arches, white marble and beautiful mosaics inside. Finally we will end our day at Fort St John and its towers which guard the entrance to the city's port. The view of the port is magnificent.
