Ashtanga Yoga is characterised by the sequence of postures (Asana) punctuated by the Ujjayi breath, chest breathing associated with different points of concentration. The postures follow each other quite quickly. This yoga is at first a very complete physical practice, becoming progressively a way of interiority when the practitioner acquires experience.

1.45pm-6.00pm: Horseback riding in the Camargue with Jérémie
Horseback riding (duration 1h) for beginners, in a protected reserve of Camargue, activity supervised by professionals, you will ride a horse of Camargue breed. This walk will be in pine forest (maritime pine forest), on the edge of a pond, a few kms from Aigues-Mortes or Saintes Maries de la Mer. You will discover the flora and fauna typical of the Petite Camargue at a trot to gallop (for the most daring). Free time 1h at the beach in high season.

8.30am-6.00pm : Excursion to Aix en Provence with Jérémie
This city was a privileged place for the local aristocracy who built many private mansions in Italian or Parisian style. City of the famous impressionist painter Cézanne. Guided tour of the Cours Mirabeau, the Place de l'Hôtel de Ville, the St Sauveur cathedral with its many architectural styles and its Romanesque cloister, the Vendôme pavilion, the Mazarin district

Sunday 6 March
9.00am - 6.30pm: Excursion to Carcassonne with Jérémie
Come and discover its 3 kms of double ramparts, its 52 towers, its comtal castle, its former gothic Romano cathedral St and its magnificent stained glass windows. Unesco Heritage, famous scenery for many films shot in the city, we will go to discover its many hidden treasures, a real leap into the past (castle entrance and ramparts not included). Enjoy a cassoulet, the city’s famous specialty.
