Ashtanga Yoga is characterised by the sequence of postures (Asana) punctuated by the Ujjayi breath, chest breathing associated with different points of concentration. The postures follow each other quite quickly. This yoga is at first a very complete physical practice, becoming progressively a way of interiority when the practitioner acquires experience.

1.45pm-6.00pm: Excursion to Sète with Jérémie
Visit of the peninsula nicknamed "Little Venice of Languedoc" and its multiple canals. Magnificent panoramic view from the top of Mont Saint Clair over the town, the sea, the mountains and the oyster and mussel fields of the Thau Lagoon. Visit of the church Notre Dame de la Salette and its surprising frescos. Walk along the Canal du Midi and the largest fishing port in the French Mediterranean. Panorama of the fishing boats, trawlers and tuna boats. City of many artists such as the famous singer Georges Brassens and the poet Paul Valéry. Free time. Wine tasting at the wine cellar of Frontignan

1.30pm-6.30pm: Excursion to Saintes Maries de la Mer with Jérémie
Half day excursion. Discover the Camargue and its specific animals: pink flamingos, bulls, horses. The ponds mix with the land or the other way round, man cultivates rice, salt and vines. A town by the sea symbolises this region: Les Saintes Maries de la mer and its fortified Romanesque church, a place of Christian pilgrimage on the road to St Jacques. Pilgrims come here to venerate the relics of the St Maries (Mary Jacoba: aunt of Jesus and Mary Salome: mother of the apostles James and John). The gypsy community gathers here every year to celebrate the relics of their patron saint, Saint Sara. This village is considered one of the oldest Christian cults in the West. Free time in the city and beach. Swimming possible, take swimming costume.

Saturday 2 April
8.30am-6.00pm : Excursion to Aix en Provence with Jérémie
This city was a privileged place for the local aristocracy who built many Italian or Parisian style mansions. City of the famous impressionist painter Cézanne. Guided tour of the Cours Mirabeau, the Place de l'Hôtel de Ville, the St Sauveur cathedral with its multiple architectural styles and its Romanesque cloister, the Vendôme pavilion, the Mazarin district.

Sunday 3 April
9.00am - 6.00pm: Excursion to Roquefort - La Couvertoirade - Cirque Navacelles - Viaduc Millau with Jérémie
The morning will start with a panorama of the Cirque de Navacelles, an enormous 400 metre deep canyon carved out by the river Vis. Then we will continue with a visit to the village of La Couvertoirade. A small fortified village built by the Templars, it will give you the impression of going back in time to the time of the knights. We will discover one of the largest viaducts in the world, designed by the English architect Norman Foster: the Millau Viaduct: 300m high and almost 3km long. The end of the day will take us to the village of Roquefort, to meet its famous blue cheese, we will visit the cellars, a real labyrinth where the cheeses are matured. Tasting of three different Roquefort cheeses (vaccination pass required for the visit)
