Ashtanga Yoga is characterised by the sequence of postures (Asana) punctuated by the Ujjayi breath, chest breathing associated with different points of concentration. The postures follow each other quite quickly. This yoga is at first a very complete physical practice, becoming progressively a way of interiority when the practitioner acquires experience.

During the adult cooking classes, you will make the entire recipe, and leave with all of your creations. An alternation of sweet and savoury recipes will be offered throughout the year.

Wednesday 1st December
2.30pm-4.30pm : Guided tour of Montpellier
Relive the prodigious rise and exceptional destiny that Montpellier has forged for itself over the centuries. A journey of a thousand years along the alleys of the historic centre to let you experience the very special atmosphere of the Ecusson.

Thursday 2 December
1.45pm-6.30pm: Excursion to Cirque de Mourèze and Salagou Lake with Jérémie
A 2-hour hike (medium level) to the cirque de Mourèze, a famous sea of strangely shaped rocks. The cirque of Mourèze offers a surprising natural setting. The site, formed of limestone rocks sculpted by erosion, appears as a ruinous landscape. Bizarre shapes that allow for all sorts of interpretations. This chaos of limestone rocks with gigantic shapes projects us into another universe, magical, timeless, even extraterrestrial! Discover the Salagou lake, with its red sand, surrounded by ancient volcanoes. A change of scenery is guaranteed. Swimming possible, take swimming costume. Take sports shoes and a bottle of water.

Friday 3 December
12.15pm-1.15pm: Aperitif at school and presentation of certificates
Come and spend a convivial moment with the other students of the school, we will take the opportunity to give their certificates to the departing students!

1.45pm-6.30pm: Excursion to Nîmes with Jérémie
Visit of the Gardens of the Fountain, ancient Roman necropolis built around the Nemausus spring, visit of the temple of Diana. Passing in front of the former great Roman temple: the Maison Carré and interior visit of the arena, former Roman amphitheatre, known for its gladiator and bull shows (interior visit not included). Visit to the Romanesque cathedral of St Castor. Free time in the city. Local biscuits offered.

Saturday 4 December
9.00am-6.00pm : Excursion to Baux de Provence and Carrières de Lumière with Jérémie
Panoramic view of the village of Les Baux de Provence, nicknamed the "balcony of Provence". Guided tour of the village, free time at noon.
Visit of the Carrières de lumière, representations of masterpieces by Cézanne and Kandinsky are projected on the huge walls, pillars and floors of the quarry. They transport you to colourful worlds with music. A hundred or so video projectors project images onto more than 7,000 m² of floor space.

Sunday 5 December
9.00am-6.30pm: Excursion to Carcassonne with Jérémie
Come and discover its 3 km of double ramparts, its 52 towers, its castle, its ancient Romanesque-Gothic cathedral and its magnificent stained glass windows. Unesco heritage site, famous set for many films shot in the city, we will discover its many hidden treasures, a real leap into the past (entrance to the castle and ramparts not included). Enjoy a cassoulet, the city's famous speciality.
