Do you want to work independently or do your homework with the possibility of using a French teacher? This tutoring is for you! In a dedicated room, our resource centre, you can read or work in peace. A trainer will be available to answer any questions you may have.

Ashtanga Yoga is characterised by the sequence of postures (Asana) punctuated by the Ujjayi breath, chest breathing associated with different points of concentration. The postures follow each other quite quickly. This yoga is at first a very complete physical practice, becoming progressively a way of interiority when the practitioner acquires experience.

Visit of the peninsula nicknamed "Little Venice of Languedoc" and its multiple canals. Magnificent panoramic view from the top of Mont Saint Clair over the town, the sea, the mountains and the oyster and mussel fields of the Thau Lagoon. Visit of the church Notre Dame de la Salette and its surprising frescos. Walk along the Canal du Midi and the largest fishing port in the French Mediterranean. Visit of the oldest French port in the Mediterranean (departure of the last two crusades in the Middle Ages), a fortified medieval town built in the 13th century, surrounded by intact ramparts almost 2 km long, view of the ramparts and the Constance tower (former lighthouse from the 13th century, then former Protestant prison and its famous prisoner Marie Durand), panoramic view of the town, the ponds of the Camargue, the salt mountains of the "salins du midi" (southern salt marshes), pink flamingos, pink salt marshes. Free time in the city. Tasting of fougasse (orange blossom brioche), a sweet speciality of Aigues-Mortes. Panoramic view of a pretty beach on the Languedoc coastline.

Saturday 11 February

Morning suggestion: Marché des Arceaux, organic and local products

9.00am - 6.00pm : Excursion to Arles and Baux de Provence
First of all, we will take the opportunity to discover the Roman monuments listed as World Heritage by Unesco: the amphitheatre and its 25,000 seats, famous for its gladiatorial and bullfighting games today. (Interior entrance included in the price) Then we will continue to the ancient Roman theatre, the Baths of Constantine, the underground galleries of the ancient imperial palace. We will then discover the religious monuments such as the cathedral and its Romanesque-Gothic cloister. Finally we will visit the famous garden of the former hospital and night café, painted by the Dutch expressionist painter Vincent Van Gogh. The rest of the day will be spent discovering the charming village of Les Baux de Provence, which is well known as the "Balcony of Provence". This village, surrounded by cliffs, has a magnificent view of Provence. Its castle, Romanesque church, medieval streets and Santon museum will transport you into the history of Provence.

Sunday 12 February

Visit of the pink city, known for its brick houses, capital of Occitania and Midi-Pyrénées region. Visit the Romanesque basilica of St Sernin, the Place du Capitole, the town hall, a walk along the quays of the Daurade on the banks of the Garonne river and in the old town, a panorama of the Pont neuf, the Place St Georges and a visit to the Gothic cathedral of St Etienne.
