Monday 6 June - Bank holiday
1.45pm-6.00pm: Excursion to Sète with Jérémie
Visit of the peninsula nicknamed "Little Venice of Languedoc" and its multiple canals. Magnificent panoramic view from the top of Mont Saint Clair over the town, the sea, the mountains and the oyster and mussel fields of the Thau Lagoon. Visit of the church Notre Dame de la Salette and its surprising frescos. Walk along the Canal du Midi and the largest fishing port in the French Mediterranean. Panorama of the fishing boats, trawlers and tuna boats. City of many artists such as the famous singer Georges Brassens and the poet Paul Valéry. Free time. Wine tasting at the wine cellar of Frontignan

3pm-4.30pm: Guided city tour of Montpellier JUNIORS (16+)
Relive the prodigious rise and exceptional destiny that Montpellier has forged for itself over the centuries. A journey of a thousand years along the alleys of the historic centre to let you experience the very special atmosphere of the Ecusson.

6pm-9pm: Cooking class with Les Ateliers d'Arthur
During the adult cooking classes, you will make the entire recipe, and leave with all of your creations. An alternation of sweet and savoury recipes will be offered throughout the year.

7pm-8.30pm: Yoga class
Ashtanga Yoga is characterised by the sequence of postures (Asana) punctuated by the Ujjayi breath, chest breathing associated with different points of concentration. The postures follow each other quite quickly. This yoga is at first a very complete physical practice, becoming progressively a way of interiority when the practitioner acquires experience.
Price: 70€ for a card of 6 classes

Wednesday 8 June
14h30 - 15h45 : Cheese tasting INCLUDED IN THE JUNIORS PACKAGE (16+)
Hard or soft cheeses, blue, bloomy, made from cow's, goat's or sheep's milk, raw milk, etc. They will no longer hold any secrets for you after this tasting in the company of a real cheese maker in his appetizing shop!
Price: 10€.

16h00 - 17h15 : Cheese tasting INCLUDED IN THE DISCOVERY TOUR (18+)

Thursday 9 June
1.45pm-6.30pm : Canoeing in the Hérault gorges
Discover the banks of the Hérault river, for a dynamic and playful river walk. Passage of rapids and calmer waters. Approximately 2 hours of paddling.
2 people per canoe. Waistcoats and paddles provided.
Must be able to swim and immerse yourself

1.30pm-6.30pm: Excursion to Saintes Maries de la Mer INCLUDED IN THE JUNIORS PACKAGE (16+) and DISCOVERY STAY (18+)
Half-day excursion. Discover the Camargue and its specific animals: pink flamingos, bulls, horses. The ponds mix with the land or the other way round, man cultivates rice, salt and vines. A town by the sea symbolises this region: Les Saintes Maries de la mer and its fortified Romanesque church, a place of Christian pilgrimage on the road to St Jacques. Pilgrims come here to venerate the relics of the St. Maries (Mary Jacoba: aunt of Jesus and Mary Salome: mother of the apostles James and John). The gypsy community gathers here every year to celebrate the relics of their patron saint, Saint Sara. This village is considered one of the oldest Christian cults in the West. Free time in the city and beach. Swimming possible, take a swimming costume.

Saturday 11 June
9am - 6pm: Excursion to Nîmes and Pont du Gard INCLUDED IN THE JUNIORS PACKAGE (16+) and DISCOVERY STAY (18+)
Between the plains and the garrigue, Provence and Languedoc, Nîmes, the second largest city in Languedoc Roussillon, has a Roman heritage that is unique in France. Nîmes is known for its bullfights and its numerous férias and it is also the birthplace of Daudet. Visit of the Gardens of the Fountain, ancient Roman necropolis built around the Nemausus spring, visit of the temple of Diana. Passing in front of the former great Roman temple: the Maison Carré and interior visit of the arena, former Roman amphitheatre, known for its gladiator and bull shows (interior visit included). Visit to the Romanesque cathedral of St Castor. Free time in the city. Biscuits from the region offered. Pont du Gard: Length of the bridge 300 metres, for a total distance of 50km. This aqueduct was used to supply water to the city of Nîmes, to supply the ancient thermal baths and fountains of the city. Come and discover this unique monument, visited by 1.5 million tourists each year. Walk in the nature along the aqueduct. River swimming possible in summer.

Sunday 12 June
9am - 6pm: Excursion to Carcassonne
Come and discover its 3 kms of double ramparts, its 52 towers, its château comtal, its ancient Romanesque-Gothic cathedral and its magnificent stained glass windows. Unesco World Heritage Site, famous setting for many films shot in the city, we will discover its many hidden treasures, a real leap into the past (entrance to the castle and ramparts not included). Enjoy a cassoulet, the famous speciality of the city.
