Relive the prodigious rise and exceptional destiny that Montpellier has forged for itself over the centuries. A journey of a thousand years along the alleys of the historic centre to let you experience the very special atmosphere of the Ecusson.

4.00pm-5.30pm : Conversation workshop
Join our teacher to practice French in a fun way and gain confidence in speaking! It's also an opportunity to discover French culture and to learn more about French habits and traditions!

6.00pm-7.30pm: Yoga class
Ashtanga Yoga is characterised by the sequence of postures (Asana) punctuated by the Ujjayi breath, chest breathing associated with different points of concentration. The postures follow each other quite quickly. This yoga is at first a very complete physical practice, becoming progressively a way of interiority when the practitioner acquires experience.
Price: 60€ for a card of 6 classes

6.00pm-9.00pm: Cooking class with Les Ateliers d'Arthur
During the adult cooking classes, you will make the entire recipe, and leave with all of your creations. An alternation of sweet and savoury recipes will be offered throughout the year.

1.45pm-6.00pm: Pic Saint Loup hike with Jérémie
Discover the favourite mountain of the Montpellier inhabitants, easy and magnificent, you will be surrounded by a beautiful Mediterranean vegetation and you will reach the summit to discover the most beautiful panorama of the region. A bottle of water and sports shoes are required. Glass of wine offered. The walk lasts about 2 hours. Medium level.

From 12.15pm: Leaving certificate delivery
Come and get your end-ouf-course certificate ! Meet the team and spend a convivial moment with the other departing students.

1.30pm-6.30pm: Excursion to Saintes Maries de la mer - Camargue
Half day excursion. Discover the Camargue and its specific animals: pink flamingos, bulls, horses. The ponds mix with the land or the other way round, man cultivates rice, salt and vines. A town by the sea symbolises this region: Les Saintes Maries de la mer and its fortified Romanesque church, a place of Christian pilgrimage on the road to St Jacques. Pilgrims come here to venerate the relics of the St Maries (Mary Jacoba: aunt of Jesus and Mary Salome: mother of the apostles James and John). The gypsy community gathers here every year to celebrate the relics of their patron saint, Saint Sara. This village is considered one of the oldest Christian cults in the West. Free time in the city and beach. Swimming possible, take swimming costume.

Saturday 14 May
8.30am - 6.00pm: Excursion to Aix-en-Provence
This city was a privileged place for the local aristocracy who built many Italian or Parisian style mansions. City of the famous impressionist painter Cézanne. Guided tour of the Cours Mirabeau, the Place de l'Hôtel de Ville, the St Sauveur cathedral with its multiple architectural styles and its Romanesque cloister, the Vendôme pavilion, the Mazarin district

Sunday 15 May
9.00am-6.30pm : Excursion to Carcassonne
Come and discover its 3 km of double ramparts, its 52 towers, its castle, its ancient Romanesque-Gothic cathedral and its magnificent stained glass windows. Unesco heritage site, famous set for many films shot in the city, we will discover its many hidden treasures, a real leap into the past (entrance to the castle and ramparts not included). Enjoy a cassoulet, the city's famous speciality.
