Come and discover this pretty seaside resort on the Mediterranean. Don't forget to bring water, sun cream and sunglasses, it's going to be hot! Free time on the beach possible (swimming not supervised).

6.00pm-9.00pm: Cooking class with Les Ateliers d'Arthur
Come and discover traditional French home cooking with Sandrine and her team. At each class, participants will prepare a starter, main course and dessert using fresh seasonal produce, which they will enjoy together afterwards with a glass of wine.

1.30pm-6.30pm: Excursion - Hike to the Canyon du Diable and swim at Lac du Salagou
A walk in our local Colorado. An enchanting region of canyons and hills of dry red earth known as "les ruffes". For some, this place is reminiscent of certain remote regions of the world, for others of the moon. Free time (1 hour) at Lac du Salagou, the most beautiful lake in our region, a volcanic lake with red sand, 6 km long. Take sports shoes, bottle of water, towel and swimming costume.

Visit the oldest French port in the Mediterranean (departure point of the last two crusades in the Middle Ages), a fortified medieval town built in the 13th century, surrounded by intact ramparts almost 2 km long, view of the ramparts and the Constance Tower (former 13th-century lighthouse, then former Protestant prison and its famous prisoner Marie Durand), panoramic view of the town, the ponds of the Camargue, the salt mountains of the "salins du midi", the pink flamingos, the pink salt pans. Saturday 10 June

Morning suggestion: Go to the market ! Marché des Arceaux, organic and local products

9.00m - 6.00pm : Excursion to Arles et Baux de Provence
First of all, we'll take the opportunity to discover the Roman monuments listed as World Heritage Sites by Unesco: the amphitheatre and its 25,000 seats, famous today for its gladiatorial and bullfighting games. (Indoor entrance not included in the price) Then we'll continue on to the ancient Roman theatre, Constantine's baths and the underground galleries of the former imperial palace. We'll then discover religious monuments such as the cathedral and its Romanesque-Gothic cloister. Finally, we'll visit the famous garden of the former hospital and night café, painted by the Dutch expressionist painter Vincent Van Gogh. The rest of the day will be spent discovering the charming village of Les Baux de Provence, with its well-deserved nickname of "Balcony of Provence". This village, surrounded by cliffs, has a magnificent view over Provence. Its castle, Romanesque church, medieval streets and Santon museum will transport you back in time to Provence.

Sunday 11 June

9.00am - 6.00pm : Excursion to Roquefort - La Couvertoirade - Viaduc Millau
We'll start with a visit to the village of Couvertoirade. This small fortified village, built by the Templars, will give you the impression of going back in time to the days of the knights. We'll discover one of the world's largest viaducts, designed by English architect Norman Foster: the Millau Viaduct: 300m high and almost 3km long. The end of the day will take us to the village of Roquefort, to meet its famous blue cheese. We'll visit the cellars, a veritable labyrinth where the cheeses are matured. Tasting of three different Roquefort cheeses.
