Accent Français is a provider of French langage courses for foreigners.

The information we collect from you comes from the following sources:

  Name, phone number, email address, postal address, gender, age, occupation, passport number, credit card, allergies and medical treatments.
  
  
• Prior to arrival Information Forms for under 18 years old clients :
  Dietary requirements, email address, emergency contact details, phone number, medical history, family doctor and insurance information.
  
  

• Staff Applications

  Name, address, email address, DOB, phone number, school/education history and work history, social security number, bank statement identity, ID card or passport.

The information we have on file is used for the following purposes:

• Contact Information Form
  Used to contact you about our programs from your enquiry
  
  
• Application Form
  Used to register your place at school
  Used to contact you for future programs
  
  
• Prior to arrival information for under 18 years old clients
  Used to ensure we have all the relevant information on your child for their stay at Accent Français.
  
  
• Staff Applications
  Used to process the staff application for a staff role at Accent Français, to send teachers their planning and general information.

We use the information for legitimate interests and the information you have provided us is used for relevant purposes. If you have enquired about our programs, we will use the information you have provided to give you information on our programs. If you have registered for one of our courses, the information will be used to process your registration.
For the pre-arrival information forms for under 18 years old clients , the information will only be used to ensure your child receives the best support and care possible during his stay with us.
For staff applications, the information is used to process your application for a role at Accent Français, to send teachers their planning and general information.

We do not share personal date with any parties outside of Accent français.
