Program content
General French course :
- 24 lessons per week, based on the Standard program, with an emphasis on the needs of professionals and enthusiasts.
- Learning vocabulary specific to cooking and gastronomy.
Culinary workshops :
- Supervised by French Chefs who are experts in their field, these practical workshops introduce you to the basics and advanced techniques of :
◦ Bakery: traditional breads, viennoiseries, regional specialities.
◦ Patisserie: macaroons, entremets, classic and modern tarts.
◦ Gourmet cooking: preparation of refined dishes, dressage, discovery of French flavours.
Examples of activities:
- Creation of baguettes and croissants under the supervision of a Meilleur Ouvrier de France baker.
- Preparing a full menu (starter, main course, dessert) with a Michelin-starred chef.
- Preparation of a traditional French dessert: Paris-Brest with choux pastry and praline mousseline cream.

Program schedule
- Mornings : Cultural activities + Cooking classes 3 times a week
- Afternoons : French language courses from Monday to Friday, 2.15pm to 5.30pm
- Weekends : 1 full day excursion in the region included, 1 day off to rest or enjoy the beach

- Individual studio in a student residence with private bath facilities and kitchenette
- The student residence offers common areas to meet your friends at your convenience : kitchen and dining room, TV room, study room, etc.
