Before traveling, you are required to:

Take the placement test online. . It will enable us to choose the most suitable group for your program.
Contact your host at least 1 week before your arrival in order to present yourself and to inform them of your exact time and place of arrival in Montpellier.
If you are a minor your parents will have to fill out and sign the liability release form authorizing you to participate in a language stay in a French language school in France

**** Get your smartphones and computers ready **** They are welcome in our French classes; our team makes regular use of them for learning activities.

ARRIVING IN MONTPELLIER

Arriving in Montpellier

If you are staying at a local family's home, your French host will meet you at the Montpellier train station or at the airport free of charge; it is included in your program.
Cab transfers from other airports (Marseille, Carcassonne, etc.) can also be arranged.

We advise you to contact your host at least one week before your arrival. Upon arrival, your host will provide you with a set of keys and tell you how to get to the Accent Français School on Monday morning, 2 Rue Jules Ferry just in front of the main train station Gare St Roch and 2 minutes walk from Place de la Comédie.

1ST DAY AT THE FRENCH SCHOOL

1st day at school

On Monday, we will be welcoming you in front of the school, 2 rue Jules Ferry in Montpellier. The time will be confirmed 1 week in advance by email, please make sure you check your junk mail folder.

You receive your student welcoming pack: student card, city map, individual schedule, cultural program and some surprise gifts!

Presentation of the program of activities and excursions.
Start of the French course.
Confirmation of your level in oral expression during the first morning of the course.

According to the calendar: Discovery of the historical center of Montpellier according to calendar. Our guide will show you the highlights of the city and share some secrets.

AT THE END OF YOUR PROGRAM

A the end of your program

At the end of your stay, you will receive a certificate attesting to your training: the certificate will state your level of French (European frame of reference), the dates and duration of your course. Digital version of the certificate will also be sent to you by e-mail.
